Anxiety disorders are increasing, and it seems a very recent thing. I say anxiety disorder but you can stick panic attacks & disorders in there as well. They are mostly one and the same.
Is there a reason that these attacks are much more common these days? There probably is & I’m sure science can explain it away in a thousand different ways. Whatever the underlying factors it doesn’t make then any less important or scary to the sufferers.
Though these disorders have many symptoms, you could still be a victim and not even know it. We aren’t born as victims to panic disorders but they start somewhere and more often than not very suddenly. You can get a clearer picture of whether you might be a sufferer by taking an anxiety symptoms test.
Anxiety symptoms tests usually involve checking yes or no to a series of simple questions. You can then add up your score & read the advice given. After reading your score you can take the advice given and seek further assistance to fight back against these attacks.
You might find a couple of the anxiety symptoms test questions to be a bit simple. Nevertheless they aren’t, they are in there for a purpose. Ticking yes to one or two questions may not seem overly serious but it depends on which questions you have ticked.
Take the question “Do you frequently feel irritated”, well don’t we all frequently feel irritated? But if you answered yes to having a raging heartbeat & shallow breath then that could be a big danger sign. If you do think you may be having anxiety disorder symptoms then what harm can it do to take the test?
It could come as a relief to find out it’s anxiety attacks that have been bothering you for some time. There is help available if you find you are a sufferer. Anxiety attacks can be beaten in several ways.
When my wife was struck with a panic attack (while driving our car of all places!) we eventually turned to a technique called PanicAway. It worked for her after countless other “treatments” had no effect whatsoever.
