As a qualified NLP practitioner and a keen golfer currently playing off a handicap of 12,
I ALWAYS use some form of self hypnosis when I’m playing golf.

You probably didn’t think of your swing at all, you stepped back, lined up your shot, saw the shape in your mind and struck the ball freely, the ball left your club as light as a feather with the shape you had imagined it to be?
Golf feels so much easier when you take out the mechanical thoughts and just let your swing flow naturally.
